Content Moderator – Mandarin / Cantonese

Job Summary
Review, assess, classify, and moderate user-generated content according to established policies to identify and remove material violating platform standards. Apply moderation guidelines consistently while maintaining daily productivity, quality, and accuracy KPIs. Escalate complex or high-risk cases to appropriate teams following established procedures. Ensure secure handling of customer and platform information by adhering to all company policies and compliance requirements. Participate in ongoing training and monitor internal operational updates. Maintain confidentiality and ensure accurate decision-making while reviewing sensitive, graphic, or disturbing material. Flexible and willing to work rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent qualification in any discipline
- Mandarin: Minimum C1 proficiency (reading, writing, and speaking)
- English: Minimum B2 proficiency (reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension)
- Minimum typing speed of 40 words per minute (WPM) with at least 90% accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong internet navigation and computer literacy skills
- Excellent attention to detail and decision-making skills
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Emotionally resilient and capable of reviewing sensitive, graphic, or disturbing content
- Flexible and willing to work rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in content moderation, customer service, back-office operations, data processing, or other target-driven environments
- Candidates with experience working under KPIs and productivity targets
