: Content Moderator – Mandarin/Cantonese

Job Summary
Review, assess, classify, and moderate user-generated content according to established policies to identify and remove material that violates platform standards. Apply moderation guidelines consistently while maintaining daily productivity, quality, and accuracy KPIs. Escalate complex or high-risk cases to appropriate teams and ensure secure handling of customer information. Maintain confidentiality and participate in ongoing training to stay current with platform requirements. This role requires flexible scheduling including rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays. Candidates must demonstrate Mandarin C1 and English B2 proficiency, with a typing speed of 40 WPM. The team is open to fresh graduates and values candidates with experience in target-driven environments or content moderation.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent qualification in any discipline
- Mandarin: Minimum C1 proficiency (reading, writing, and speaking)
- English: Minimum B2 proficiency (reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension)
- Minimum typing speed of 40 words per minute (WPM) with at least 90% accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong internet navigation and computer literacy skills
- Excellent attention to detail and decision-making skills
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Emotionally resilient and capable of reviewing sensitive, graphic, or disturbing content
- Flexible and willing to work rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in content moderation, customer service, back-office operations, data processing, or other target-driven environments
- Candidates with experience working under KPIs and productivity targets
