Job Summary
Review online content and provide resolutions based on prescribed guidelines while maintaining quality standards. Recognize trends and patterns to raise issues timely, then offer insights to improve user support. Deliver excellent customer service and ensure a thorough understanding of process and policies. This role requires a 24/7 schedule with alternating shifts, including daily review of highly sensitive material such as graphic violence, self-harm, child abuse, and hate speech. Fluency in English and Dutch is required, with a graduate degree preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Fluent in Read/Write in English & Dutch Language
- Must be able to work on a flexible schedule (including weekend shift work)
Desired Qualifications
- Any Graduate (PG an added advantage)
- Effective probing skills and analyzing / understanding skills
- Problem solving skills with customer centric approach
