Job Summary
Review user-generated content such as sales ads, evaluate decisions based on defined policies, and respond to customer inquiries via email regarding the online marketplace. Provide feedback to managers on trends and common mistakes, while offering input on improvements to publication rules. Participate in regular training sessions to maintain expert knowledge of moderation best practices and market trends. Follow communication procedures and policies while supporting users with questions.
Required Qualifications
- Native / fluent in Danish both verbal and written
- Fluent in English (minimum B2 level)
- Computer literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Flexible and able to make quick decisions in a dynamic environment
- Conscientious and reliable
- Strong attention to detail
- Customer focused with willingness to assist
- Team player
