Content Moderator, Bilingual English/Dutch

Job Summary
Read, assess, and apply coding guidelines to large volumes of user-generated content in English and Dutch, including text, images, and videos posted to client websites. Regularly review performance feedback to minimize errors and meet metrics, while attending scheduled 1-on-1 coaching calls. Work in a queue environment utilizing Google Applications and Slack to manage expectations, with a commitment to checking in on unscheduled days. Handle occasional special projects and perform quality assurance checks on teammate and machine-moderated content. This part-time role requires 16–29 hours weekly, including four weekend hours, for a start date of September 1, 2026. Candidates must reside in the US (TX, AR, FL, GA, IL, NC, or OH) with professional fluency in both languages.
Required Qualifications
- Bilingual in English and Dutch with professional-level fluency (written and spoken)
- Must reside in the United States
- Must be a resident of one of these states: TX, AR, FL, GA, IL, NC or OH
- Must have authorization to work in the United States
- Earned a bachelor's degree or equivalent international credential or 7+ years of professional content moderation experience
- 3+ years of experience working in a fast-paced office environment
- Able to swiftly read, comprehend and assess content, and make on the spot decisions
- Highly comfortable with learning and utilizing new web-based applications and tools
- Excel at actively engaging with team members in a remote environment
- Commit to taking ownership of your job performance to achieve or exceed performance benchmarks and metrics
- Consistently committed to working a semi-flexible schedule of 16-29 hours per week
- 4 of those hours must be between Saturday at 12:01 AM and 11:59 PM on Sunday
- Possess a computer with up-to-date operating system
- Possess an up-to-date smartphone
- Possess strong, reliable high-speed Internet
- A highly functioning home office is required
Desired Qualifications
- Someone who has successfully completed an online college course or similar exercise, and is able to apply concepts learned to real-world scenarios is an ideal candidate
