Job Summary
Review digital content including videos, news stories, still pictures, political ads, and social media profiles to ensure high quality and safe experiences. Score content on age-appropriateness, violence, sexual content, and political transparency while enforcing client terms of use and monitoring abuse reports. Identify subtle differences in digital communication to accurately apply content policies. Participate in daily wellness activities, counseling sessions, and training initiatives to support employee well-being. Escalate performance changes or policy impacts through appropriate channels to maintain required KPIs. Adhere to security measures and confidentiality standards regarding exposure to graphic or disturbing content.
Required Qualifications
- at least one year prior operations experience in shared services or a customer experience environment
- high school diploma or equivalent
- fluent in English and Polish
- ability to read and speak Polish
- strong interpersonal skills
- verbal and written communication skills
- empathy
- high affinity and cultural awareness of political and social situations regarding the relevant market and region
