Job Summary
Own the execution of the firm's content strategy across social media, video, email, web, and thought leadership initiatives. Create, copyedit, and publish content across channels; manage content calendars and publishing workflows; interview attorneys and subject matter experts; produce and edit short-form and long-form video content; design graphics and collateral; repurpose content for maximum reach; coordinate shoots and content workflows; monitor performance metrics and identify optimization opportunities. Collaborate across brand awareness, recruiting, public relations, and attorney thought leadership programs. Proficiency with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools is preferred. This role is based in Austin with regular in-office collaboration for content capture and production.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in content marketing, social media, communications, journalism, or a related field
- Strong portfolio showcasing content creation, copywriting, video editing, and social media work
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills
- Experience managing content calendars and multi-channel publishing
