Job Summary
Content Marketing Manager role focusing on data-driven B2B content (whitepapers, blogs, webinars, social posts) to drive traffic, engagement, and lead generation. The role involves developing a content strategy and calendar aligned with Business Development goals, cross-functional collaboration, monitoring content performance, and applying insights. Responsibilities include creating thought leadership, client testimonials, SEO copy, and digital marketing content; ensuring brand voice consistency and differentiating MSIGHTS from competitors; leveraging platforms such as PowerPoint, LinkedIn, ON24, CRM/Marketing Automation, and HubSpot; and thriving in a remote, international work environment with a preference for candidates located in North Carolina. Areas of leadership include staying current with market content trends, identifying new content opportunities from industry news, and proactively tailoring content to varying audiences across channels.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in B2B content marketing, ideally with experience from a small to medium-sized software or technology company.
- Must be a self-starter and willing to take the initiative to learn how our platform can help enterprise marketers make better decisions with better data, processes, and reporting.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to work well with internal teams.
- Global experience is a bonus.
- Must have a strong working knowledge of PowerPoint, LinkedIn, event platforms (e.g., ON24, etc.), and CRM or Marketing Automation platforms. HubSpot experience is a bonus.
- Must be detail-oriented, and committed to quality, all while being flexible in a fast-paced international work environment.
- Comfortable working from home as this is a Remote/Telecommute position.
