Content Marketing Manager - Two-year Contract (All Genders)

Content Marketing Manager responsible for defining and executing content strategies across international channels, coordinating with Vendor Management, Campaign Management, Graphics, and Digital Marketing to develop and roll out centralized content projects, and ensuring channel-ready German master content and rollout to brandshops and landing pages. Drives content project management for full-funnel campaigns, mailings, video initiatives, and social media, while advising on design questions, managing offsite assets for Google/Meta campaigns, and ensuring adherence to co-branding guidelines. Requires strong marketing know-how, project management abilities, CMS proficiency, experience with offsite campaigns (Paid Social, Google), data-driven decision making with analytical tooling (Adobe Analytics preferred), advanced PowerPoint skills, and bilingual German/English communication. Supports hybrid work arrangement with substantial office presence (60% in-office, 40% remote) and opportunities for international travel/work abroad.
