Content Marketing Manager

Job Summary
Content Marketing Manager role focused on elevating our content engine across long-form content, social media (notably LinkedIn), and paid content with media partners. You’ll own programs across long-form assets, videos, creator-led content, and editorial support, manage freelancers, translate technical topics into clear stories for security and IT audiences, build scalable content workflows, and partner with Demand Gen to drive pipeline and brand awareness. Strong writing/editing, experience in content programs, and familiarity with AI tools to scale production are key.
Required Qualifications
- 5-8 years of experience in content marketing, editorial, journalism, social media, or related roles, ideally in B2B SaaS or enterprise technology
- Proven experience owning content programs and social media strategy end to end
- Excellent writing and editing skills, with a portfolio that demonstrates compelling hooks, clear narratives, and a strong brand voice
- A passion for social media, demonstrated through an understanding of what works on LinkedIn, and a desire to move quickly on new formats as algorithms evolve
- Strong track record of repurposing content across channels and formats
- Experience managing freelancers, agencies, or external contributors
- Experience using AI tools to scale content production, and enthusiasm for finding inventive ways to apply them, while keeping human perspectives at the core of everything we publish
- Comfortable editing short form video for social media
- Familiarity with AEO and SEO best practices
- Data-driven and adaptable, using performance insights to iterate quickly
- Excited by the opportunity to build, as well as run, impactful content programs
- Familiarity with cybersecurity, IT, or technical audiences is a plus, but not required
