Job Summary
Content Marketing Manager at Swimlane responsible for creating engaging B2B cybersecurity content to accelerate the buyer’s journey, collaborating with internal/external experts, guiding content strategy, maintaining an editorial calendar, writing briefs, and producing blogs, videos, infographics, case studies, and landing pages. Responsible for optimizing content using ASO/SEO, tracking performance, and driving social media and content distribution to increase brand visibility. Will work with a lean marketing team to deliver creative content and manage Swimlane’s content library, while interviewing customers, executives, and subject-matter experts to craft differentiated narratives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 4+ years of experience in B2B content marketing
- General understanding of cybersecurity ecosystem
- Proficient writing and content editing skills
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to build and manage an editorial calendar
- Experience with SEO and AI Search Optimization (ASO)
- Experience creating content across blogs, videos, infographics, case studies, and website landing pages
- Interpersonal skills to interview customers, executives, and SMEs
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work across departments
- Analytical thinker with focus on measurable impact of content
- Experience managing content and audience engagement across major social platforms
