Job Summary
Content Marketing Manager (12 Month Fixed-Term Contract) to drive pipeline growth and elevate brand visibility across enterprise markets by owning the content execution for field marketing initiatives. Translate regional business priorities into high-impact event and account-based content programs designed to engage high-value accounts, influence key decision-makers, and accelerate revenue opportunities. Bring strong B2B content marketing expertise, understanding of enterprise buying processes, and the ability to develop field-ready messaging and assets that work across channels. Activate field marketing initiatives with pre-event outreach and executive messaging, on-site narratives, and post-event conversion content. Act as content counterpart to the Field Marketing team, clarifying ownership, inputs, timelines, and approvals to keep programs moving smoothly. Ensure a consistent message in German-language across all communications. Collaborate cross-departmentally with PMM/Campaigns/Sales to reflect latest positioning, proof points, and competitive context while maintaining regional relevance. Analyze field-content KPIs to report on adoption and engagement, sharing insights to improve future programs and templates. Requirements include native German language skills, fluent English, and a bachelor’s degree in a related field; 3+ years in content marketing; excellent writing and editorial mindset; ability to simplify complexity; strong relationship-building across all levels and functions. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, or similar field preferred
- 3+ years of experience in content marketing, ideally in the B2B tech/enterprise software space
- Native-level German language skills
- Fluency in English required
