Job Summary
Senior Content Marketing Manager role focused on creating high-impact, search-driven content optimized for AI-powered and zero-click experiences. You’ll write and publish SEO/AEO-focused content (blogs, FAQs, infographics) at scale, translate HR/payroll/workforce management topics into clear, authoritative material, and guide content structure for LLM and AI-driven surfaces. You’ll track performance with GA4 and Search Console, collaborate with Product Marketing, Growth, Web, Brand, and External Communications, and apply data-driven insights to improve rankings, engagement, and conversions. The role reports to the VP, External Communications and emphasizes strong writing, SEO/AEO expertise, LLM fluency, and cross-functional collaboration.
Required Qualifications
- 6–8 years of SEO, organic growth, or content strategy experience (agency or in-house)
- Strong writing ability with high-quality, engaging content
- AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) competency
- LLM fluency and experience with tools like ChatGPT or Claude
- Experience with GA4, Google Search Console, and SEO platforms
- Data-driven mindset to analyze performance and apply insights to content
- Collaboration across functions and ability to influence without ownership
- Knowledge of enterprise SaaS, HR technology, HCM, payroll and workforce management topics
- Ability to translate complex topics into clear, authoritative content
- Experience with keyword research, topic clustering, and on-page optimization
- Ability to structure content for AI-generated and zero-click experiences
- Familiarity with performance tracking and optimization using SEO tools
- Content optimization for search intent, user needs, and funnel stages
