Job Summary
Develop and execute a holistic content, SEO, and GEO strategy to sustainably increase organic and AI-driven visibility. Build and continuously optimize content strategies for AI-generated content, semantic search coverage, and discoverability in AI responses like ChatGPT and Google AI Overviews. Conduct regular content, SEO, and GEO audits using tools such as Ahrefs, Sistrix, and Google Search Console to derive actionable recommendations. Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to integrate content and SEO requirements into roadmaps, while monitoring central KPIs including AI-visibility metrics. Establish efficient processes and guidelines for content creation, SEO, and GEO. Requires at least two years of experience in online marketing, content, or SEO, with a passion for data-driven content marketing and AI/LLMs. Fluency in German (C2) and English is required.
Required Qualifications
- Mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung im Online Marketing, Content oder SEO
- Ausgeprägtes Interesse an AI, LLMs und GEO sowie deren Einfluss auf Suchverhalten, KI-Antworten und Content-Strategien
- Grundlegendes Verständnis davon, wie Inhalte in KI-Systemen wie ChatGPT, Perplexity oder Google SGE verarbeitet und zitiert werden
- Analytische, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und hohe Eigenverantwortung
- Du sprichst Deutsch auf C2-Niveau und Englisch sicher
