Job Summary
Content Marketing Lead for luxury travel advisors, focused on building and leading UJV's content engine across websites, blogs, destination guides, webinars, thought leadership, email content, and advisor resources to educate, inspire, and activate advisors. Own the content strategy for multiple brands (UJV Africa, Europe, Tropics) while aligning with regional priorities. Lead editorial calendars, content pipelines, and production workflows; measure performance through attribution, website traffic, advisor engagement, webinar participation, and lead generation. Drive AI-powered content innovation to move faster and maintain a human, strategic voice, ensuring content supports business growth and the traveler-advisor ecosystem. This is a senior/lead role with a remote-first setup in the United States.
Required Qualifications
- 5–8 years of results building, managing, and optimizing content programs that support brand awareness, audience engagement, lead generation, and business growth
- Expertise in content strategy development and editorial planning
- Experience owning and managing editorial calendars and content pipelines
- Strong experience with HubSpot or similar marketing automation platforms
- Deep understanding of content attribution, UTM tracking, campaign reporting, and performance measurement
- Experience creating and optimizing content across websites, blogs, email campaigns, webinars, social media, and SEO initiatives
- Strong understanding of SEO content strategy and organic growth principles
- Experience leveraging AI tools to improve content quality, efficiency, research, and production workflows
- Native-level English with exceptional written communication skills and strong editorial judgment
