Job Summary
Content Marketing Associate collaborates with the Content Marketing Specialist and assists with video creation, marketing campaigns, social media planning and posting, setting up paid ads, and other content-driven projects. Responsibilities include growing social media channels by creating, curating, and scheduling content; managing the content calendar across platforms; setting up and monitoring paid ads within a quarterly budget; creating high-quality content including images and videos; developing scripts for video content; collaborating with designers and product marketing to support marketing across professional and consumer audiences; staying current on content marketing trends; tracking content performance metrics and providing insights to improve engagement, traffic, and conversion rates; monitoring online comments and DMs; and other assigned activities.
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in content creation for the web
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration / Marketing or related major
- Self-starter with demonstrated project management experience
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent written, oral, and visual communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams / projects simultaneously
- Critical-thinker and problem-solver
- Adobe Suite knowledge a plus
- Copywriting abilities a plus
