Job Summary
Content Marketer at DOWL leads the creation and optimization of content for website and social channels, plans and executes campaigns to raise brand awareness and drive sales, enhances SEO and runs paid campaigns, conducts market research, coordinates integrated marketing campaigns with internal teams and external vendors, develops marketing assets (including photography and videography), maintains marketing materials, and supports proposal development with QA/QC of qualifications-based proposals. The role requires collaboration with engineers and project managers, travel to client sites, and the ability to drive to locations; a Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field and at least two years of digital marketing experience are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, or related field from an accredited university
- Minimum two years’ digital marketing experience, preferred in architectural/engineering/construction industry-related experience
- Proficiency with social media management platforms such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar
- Intermediate Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills
- Basic proficiency using Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Dreamweaver, Illustrator, Photoshop, Lightroom)
- SEO experience and tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz preferred
- Ability to travel to client locations, project sites, venues, and partner offices to support campaign execution, brand visibility, and stakeholder engagement
- Ability to drive (must possess the ability to drive)
- Mathematical Skills: basic arithmetic, graphs/charts
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business materials; write proposals, qualification packages, and reports
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Problem-solving abilities
- Typing speed not less than 40 words per minute
