Job Summary
Own and lead content strategy across owned, paid, and earned channels, developing annual and campaign plans that align with business objectives. Drive a hub-and-spoke content model to create connected customer experiences while optimizing performance across the website, EDM, social media, creator partnerships, and emerging channels. Identify growth opportunities through audience insights and analytics, then lead the evolution of new channels like video and YouTube. Work closely with brand, digital, revenue, membership, and operations teams to execute integrated campaigns and build relationships with creators and industry partners. Champion content best practice and shape the future direction of content across the business to drive measurable outcomes for NRMA Parks & Resorts.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in content strategy, content marketing or brand/content leadership roles
- Strong analytical capability with the ability to interpret data and identify opportunities for growth
- A strong understanding of the Australian travel landscape, domestic travel behaviours and the role content plays in inspiring holiday decisions
- Experience managing content across multiple channels and customer touchpoints
- A strategic mindset balanced with strong planning and execution skills
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- The ability to translate business challenges into compelling content solutions
- Mandatory pre-employment checks

- Experience within the travel, tourism or hospitality industry
