Job Summary
Manage and strategically build AI-native owned media channels, including Instagram, LinkedIn, and newsletters, while developing new content formats and ensuring consistent brand voice across all touchpoints. Coordinate production workflows with internal teams and freelancers, translating complex film and AI projects into clear communication while executing smaller editing and design tasks. Maintain editorial plans and quality standards for German and English copy, actively utilizing AI tools for ideation and workflow efficiency. Work remotely in Berlin with flexible hours, collaborating closely with creative producers and directors to shape the future of production communication.
Required Qualifications
- Erfahrung im Content Management, in Redaktion oder Markenkommunikation (Agentur, Produktion oder Brand-Seite)
- Sehr gutes Sprachgefühl und sichere Textkompetenz auf Deutsch und Englisch
- Erfahrung im Editing einfacher Videoformate für Social Media
- Sicherer Umgang mit Photoshop für kleinere Design- und Bildbearbeitungsaufgaben
- Begeisterung und Erfahrung im Umgang mit AI-Tools für Content- und Medienproduktion
- Prompting-Savvyness und ein gutes Gespür dafür, wie man AI gezielt, reproduzierbar und mit klarer Absicht einsetzt
- Verständnis für Bewegtbild, visuelle Kommunikation und Produktionsprozesse
- Fähigkeit, strategisch zu denken und gleichzeitig operativ umzusetzen
- Organisationsstärke und Überblick bei parallelen Formaten und Timelines
- Eigenverantwortliche, strukturierte Arbeitsweise
