Job Summary
Own the content strategy aligned with marketing and corporate goals, including annual planning, buyer journey prioritization, and editorial calendar management. Conceive, create, and publish content across channels such as customer success stories, whitepapers, checklists, blogs, and newsletters. Prepare content on hotel tech, SaaS, and digital innovations through research and interviews with customers, partners, and internal experts. Translate selected pieces into webinars and produce video content, including on-site recordings for office or event coverage. Regularly manage the LinkedIn channel and support the CEO's thought leadership account. Analyze content performance to derive optimizations, applying SEO basics and keyword-driven topic development. Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and coordinate external partners.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossenes Studium oder vergleichbare Ausbildung im Bereich Kommunikation, Marketing, Journalismus oder Medien
- Mindestens 3–5 Jahre Erfahrung im Content-Management
- Erfahrung im B2B-SaaS- oder Tech-Umfeld
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Starkes Storytelling
- Die Fähigkeit, komplexe Themen verständlich und zielgruppengerecht in Content zu übersetzen
- Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
- Freude daran, innovative Ideen einzubringen und Themen aktiv voranzubringen
- Erfahrung mit Social-Media-Kanälen im B2B-Umfeld, insbesondere LinkedIn
- Sicherheit in der Erstellung gängiger Formate (z. B. Post, Carousel, Video)
- Erfahrung mit KI-gestütztem Arbeiten
- Erfahrung mit Tools für Content, Design und Analyse (z. B. WordPress, Google Analytics, Google Search Console und Figma)
- Bereitschaft, ca. 1 Tag pro Woche oder nach Absprache ins Office zu kommen
Desired Qualifications
- Interesse und Verständnis für Hotel-Tech, digitale Lösungen oder SaaS-Produkte
- Grundlegende Video-Editing-Skills (z. B. CapCut oder iMovie)
