Job Summary
Primary storyteller for Grab's corporate brand across Southeast Asia, shaping the narrative for Inside Grab and Grab's social channels by translating product innovations, business and social impact initiatives into accessible, culturally resonant stories. Responsible for editorial calendar management, content planning, creating platform-native content across Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms, producing multimedia content from ideation to publishing, and partnering with Product, Engineering, ESG, Communications, and People teams. Uses analytics (Google Analytics and platform insights) to optimize content distribution and performance, applies GEO/SEO techniques and paid amplification to maximize reach, and leverages AI tools to support content creation and audience insights.
Required Qualifications
- 6 years+ of experience in content marketing, journalism, or corporate communications
- Professional-level English (written and verbal)
- Professional-level Bahasa Melayu or Bahasa Indonesia
- Ability to write and edit across formats: long-form thought leadership articles, social media copy, video scripts, and executive presentations
- Experience producing short-form video content for social media including scriptwriting
- Experience managing content in publishing platforms or CMS
- Experience using data and analytics tools (Google Analytics, platform-native analytics, or social listening tools) to measure content performance
- Experience with GEO/SEO techniques and paid social amplification strategies
- Experience working with AI tools to support content creation, research, and audience insight generation
- Collaboration with Product, Engineering, ESG, Communications, and People teams
- Ability to translate complex topics into clear stories for internal and external audiences
- Experience shaping content distribution strategies and improving content discoverability
