Job Summary
Coordinate and manage scanning services to ensure accurate ingestion of physical and digital source materials, including petitions, motions, and briefs. Acquire primary source legal content, fulfill editorial requests, and monitor vendor performance against SLAs. Troubleshoot production issues, audit automated web scraping pipelines, and perform QA to validate metadata standards. Establish relationships with courts and agencies while developing expertise in content enrichment, markup, and the end-to-end content pipeline. Engage with customer-facing products to ensure usability and support downstream syndication processes.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree or equivalent experience
- 4+ years' related experience
- Proficiency in relevant primary source content types, including federal and state statutes, legislative acts, administrative codes, regulations, registers, cases, rules of court, and agency materials
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to prepare reports
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Ability to resolve issues and complaints with professionalism
- Strong communication and vendor management skills
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- High degree of accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail
- Results-oriented, with the ability to turn concepts and ideas into action

- Must be able to go to the Riverwoods office five days a week through the rest of the year, then transition to 1-2 days a week in Chicago office starting in 2027
Desired Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; strong Excel skills
- Understanding of, or ability to learn, content enrichment processes, metadata structures, and markup languages such as XML and HTML
