Job Summary
Contribute to CMS strategy for the Luminate Portal, ensuring scalability, flexibility, and alignment with product and business goals. Configure and manage Contentful environments, spaces, content types, fields, and roles/permissions while building reusable content models to support multi-country, multi-client use cases. Establish workflows for content creation, review, approval, and publishing, then troubleshoot CMS-related issues in collaboration with technical teams. Monitor usage and performance to streamline operations and support integrations within the Luminate ecosystem. Maintain documentation, standards, and training materials for CMS users. This role requires 3–5+ years of CMS administration experience and offers a salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 CAD for the Greater Toronto Area.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Digital Media, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
- 3–5+ years of experience administering or configuring a CMS platform
- Experience designing and managing content models, taxonomies, and workflows
- Familiarity with headless CMS architecture and API-driven integrations
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, and Business stakeholders
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts in plain language
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Ability to analyze system configurations and translate business needs into CMS solutions
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on consistency, scalability, and usability
