Job Summary
Content Lead responsible for strategic and hands-on content leadership across social/digital channels for multiple client accounts; leads a two-person Social Media/Community Manager team, shapes content ecosystems across formats, writes original copy, guides tone and community engagement, manages content calendars and production, and collaborates with account management and paid media to meet KPIs. Requires senior-level experience, proven leadership, and a strong portfolio across brands and formats. Hybrid role based in San Juan, PR, with travel to client shoots in Puerto Rico.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Creative Writing, Advertising, Copywriting, or a related field
- 6+ years in content creation, copywriting, social media management, or digital marketing, with at least 2 years leading or mentoring a team
- Exceptional copywriting across short- and long-form formats
- Portfolio demonstrating range across industries, content formats, copy styles, and audience types
- Experience with social analytics tools and turning performance data into strategic insight
