Content Lead - Middle School Music

Content Leads provide district level leadership and support for teachers, instructional coaches, and administrators in the areas of curriculum, instruction, and assessment. The Content Lead works collaboratively to support implementation and alignment of district curriculum and assessments, designs and delivers professional learning to content and level colleagues, and serves as a communication point-person between district curriculum support and content-alike colleagues. Key responsibilities include knowledge of curriculum, instruction, and assessment; designing, presenting, and facilitating adult learning experiences; reflecting and acting on feedback; equity-informed practice; guiding curriculum adoption; and collaboration with Curriculum Coordinators, Program Leads, District Coaches, and Administrators to support district goals.
