Job Summary
Handoff is looking for a Content Lead to build and own their content strategy from ideation to execution. The role involves developing a scalable content playbook, leading SEO strategy, partnering with various teams to translate user insights into content, and establishing KPIs for performance measurement. The ideal candidate will have 5–7+ years in content marketing or strategy, strong copywriting abilities, a deep understanding of SEO, and experience collaborating with cross-functional teams. Required Qualifications
- 5–7+ years of experience in content marketing or content strategy roles, ideally in B2B SaaS or high-growth startups
- Proven track record of building and scaling content strategies or playbooks that drive measurable growth
- Strong copywriting skills, with the ability to produce and evaluate high-quality written content
- Deep understanding of SEO, including keyword research, clustering, and tools like SEMrush or Ahrefs
- Experience working cross-functionally with product, sales, or customer-facing teams
- Highly structured thinker with the ability to turn ambiguity into clear frameworks and plans
- Data-driven mindset, comfortable using metrics to guide decisions and iterate on strategy
- High ownership and bias toward action in fast-paced, evolving environments
Desired Qualifications
- Experience writing for contractors, trades, construction, or other blue-collar audiences
- Exposure to product marketing, storytelling, or technical product education
