Job Summary
Administer the primary AODocs system, managing folder architecture, metadata schemas, permissions, and user access across internal, delegate, and partner organizations. Lead document management rollout, executing data migration, auditing legacy repositories, and coordinating Salesforce Knowledge integration. Manage the content lifecycle for LIT intellectual property, including curriculum, assessment instruments, and training resources, ensuring strict versioning and metadata accuracy. Author user guides, deliver training sessions, and monitor adoption rates to drive system engagement. Contribute to custom CMS architecture by documenting content requirements and leading migration efforts once launched.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Library Science, Information Technology or a closely related field
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in document management, content operations, or knowledge management
