Job Summary
Operationalize the broader communications vision into effective storytelling across audiences by building and executing full-scale marketing plans for conferences, workshops, webinars, and other ICI events. Write copy for conference promotions and event pages, prepare social media toolkits for attendees and speakers, and coordinate promotion and registration through the Cvent system. Support planning and execution of research on target audiences, draft pre- and post-conference blogs, and create daily newsletters sharing panel highlights and speaker insights. Partner with creative teams to develop video promotions and testimonials, while collecting rigorous metrics and KPIs to inform a proactive, forward-looking approach to marketing.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 2 – 4 years related experience in event promotions and meetings
- Previous management of social channels and digital platforms
- Experience supporting the development and execution of tailored communications and/or marketing campaigns
- Outstanding written communication abilities
- Outstanding understanding of social and digital strategy
- Commitment to the creation of creative, impactful, and compelling content contributing to ICI's strategic goals
- Excellent professional judgement
- Ability to delegate tasks while maintaining high standards of quality
- Deep understanding of digital and social platforms and relevant strategies
- Ability to collect and use data, analytics, and other KPIs for campaign development and execution
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in finance or other heavily regulated industries is a plus
