Job Summary
Develop, review, and revise content related to products and applications while creating supporting visuals and desktop how-to videos. Monitor content satisfaction and resolution scores continuously, ensuring compliance with information security guidelines and reporting any issues to management. Optimize content with relevant keywords to reach a larger audience and track customer feedback to continuously improve content quality. Requires an associate degree in Graphic Design or Visual Communication, 15 years of experience, proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, and strong Turkish and English language skills. Residing in Istanbul or Ankara.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum associate degree
- 15 years of experience in a similar content creation role
- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop
- Proficient in Adobe Illustrator
- Proficient in Adobe After Effects
- Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro
- Strong Turkish language skills, including grammar, spelling, and phrasing
- Minimum upper-intermediate English (reading and writing)
- Residing in Istanbul or Ankara
Desired Qualifications
- Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related fields
- Portfolio
- Interest in technical topics and consumer products (Mobile Devices, Home Appliances, Small Household Appliances, Air Conditioning)
- Preferably SEO knowledge or experience
- Strong attention to detail
