Job Summary
Content Design Senior Associate responsible for developing and implementing content strategies for products and features, collaborating with cross-functional teams to create engaging, user-friendly content that aligns with user experience principles and business objectives. You will adopt brand voice to communicate complex concepts clearly, analyze content performance and recommend data-driven optimizations, and apply accessibility and inclusive-design practices to reach diverse audiences within a digital-products context. The role emphasizes shaping customer experiences through content within a UX design framework and working with product design, architecture, and functionality teams.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in content design, or equivalent expertise in editing, and writing - with a focus on digital products and platforms
- Demonstrated experience in applying accessibility guidelines and inclusive design to create user-friendly content
- Experience with iterative design techniques, incorporating user feedback and insights for continuous improvement
- Proficient technical literacy in content platforms and understanding their impact on user experience
- Adaptive learner in new financial services products and offerings
- Experience with patterns and guidelines
- Experience with marketing writing
