Job Summary
Senior Content Design Associate within Payments and Connected Commerce responsible for developing content strategies and Content Designs for products and features, delivering through rigorous approval processes (Legal, Risk, Controls, and Compliance), collaborating with cross-functional teams to create engaging, cohesive content for diverse audiences, creating content taxonomies, adopting brand voice to communicate complex concepts clearly, and analyzing content performance to drive data-driven UX improvements. Requires expertise in content architectures, storytelling, accessibility, iterative design, and proficiency with content platforms and design tools (e.g., Figma). Located in New York, NY within Payments and Connected Commerce.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in customer-facing content design, or equivalent expertise in editing, and writing - with a focus on digital products and platforms
- Experience in creating content architectures, storytelling, and clear and concise writing
- Demonstrated experience in applying accessibility guidelines and inclusive design to create user-friendly content
- Experience with iterative design techniques, incorporating user feedback and insights for continuous improvement
- Proficient technical literacy in content platforms and understanding their impact on user experience
- Adaptive learner in new financial services products and offerings
- Experience with cross-functional teams to ensure narrative consistency and alignment with UX principles
