Job Summary
Develop creative video concepts and scripts for TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts while managing end-to-end production workflows from ideation to upload. Analyze content performance metrics to optimize engagement and continuously scout and adapt viral social media trends. Collaborate closely with the legal team to translate complex immigration topics into authentic storytelling, executing A/B tests on thumbnails and CTAs to maximize click-through rates. Maintain an active community by responding to comments and DMs, ensuring a constant content pipeline through strategic cross-promotion and repurposing.
Required Qualifications
