Job Summary
Freelance Content Creator & Social Marketeer responsible for translating strategy into concrete content plans and executIon for Achmea Impact Ventures and portfolio companies; create and edit photo- and video-content for LinkedIn and Instagram (short Reels, portfolio announcements, founder stories); manage multiple content calendars; actively source stories from founders, ventures, colleagues and customers; keep website up-to-date, answer content-related questions, and implement small advertising campaigns and AI-assisted content creation to accelerate distribution; build a scalable content machine to maximize reach and impact with limited resources; hands-on, multi-skilled, able to film, edit, write, and set up simple ads; fits a small-team, autonomous work style; freelance role with autonomy and exposure to multiple propositions, target audiences, and growth phases; Dutch language proficiency required (C1+); portfolio/showreel required.
