Job Summary
Pitch original content ideas, defend them, and ship scripts, recordings, edits, and posts across YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram. Run experiments to test retention, hook performance, and comment quality, then iterate based on those metrics. Work directly with the founder and existing video team to build content from scratch without templates or series briefs. This six-month remote internship in India includes a paid trial week and offers a stipend of INR 20,000–30,000/month, with potential conversion to full-time. You will join Tars, an AI agent platform for customer experience, to help rewrite the product for the June 30, 2026 launch while building your own audience.
Required Qualifications
- You already make content. On any platform. With any audience size.
- You have strong opinions about what good content looks like.
- You're comfortable on camera, behind it, or both.
- You're curious about AI, software, and how businesses actually use technology.
- You're in India, available for 6 months, comfortable working mostly async with a few syncs a week.
