Job Summary
Content Creator and Digital Communications Specialist responsible for developing, creating, and distributing engaging content across company digital platforms, maintaining social media accounts, producing video and photography content, developing newsletters and marketing materials, and driving employee engagement through internal channels like Workvivo. Responsibilities include supervising content across Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and other channels; producing and editing videos highlighting culture, events, recruitment, and products; partnering on training content and onboarding materials; capturing professional photography for recruiting and communications; maintaining branding and consistent posting; analyzing engagement metrics and optimizing strategies; creating marketing collateral and coordinating with external vendors; traveling to company locations as needed; and ensuring professional representation of the company online and in person. Essential skills include strong written, verbal, and visual communication, videography and photography, proficiency with social media management tools and Adobe Creative Suite/CapCut/Final Cut Pro, ability to manage multiple projects, maintain confidentiality, and collaborate with leadership to support branding and recruitment efforts.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in content creation, social media management, marketing, communications, or a related field preferred
