Job Summary
Content Creator sought to own end-to-end production of daily social video content (YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, TikTok) from ideation to publishing. Lead scripting, filming, editing, motion graphics, and optimization; review live footage to identify compelling narratives; deliver high-volume content with rapid turnarounds; tailor ministry messages to social platforms while preserving theological integrity. Must expertly use professional cameras and Adobe Premiere Pro/After Effects; collaborate with Social Media Strategists, Ministry Leaders, and Producers; maintain strong pacing, visual storytelling, and audio design for faith-based audiences.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Content Creator, Video Producer, or similar role with a portfolio demonstrating conceptual vision and fast-paced execution
- Expert in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects; proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Audition)
- Proficient in filming with professional content creator cameras and audio/video equipment for studio and run-and-gun social content
- Strong storytelling, scripting, and directing for short-form video
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and deliver under tight deadlines (same-day/next-day)
- Deep understanding of what makes content engaging on YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok
- Soft skills: communication, collaboration, curiosity about trends and techniques
- Preferred skills: experience as on-camera presenter or voice-over; faith-based audience content experience; knowledge of live streaming and multi-cam production; basic thumbnail/asset design
