Job Summary
Content Creator (Contract, 10-15 hours/week) to produce high-performing short-form video for paid ads and organic social. You’ll shoot 3 UGC-style ad concepts per week for paid campaigns, film content for Meta/TikTok, and create 3 organic pieces per week for Bree’s Instagram and TikTok. You’ll research competitor ads, viral formats, and emerging trends, develop new creative concepts with the Creative Strategy team, and help evolve Bree’s organic social presence. Must live on or near TikTok/Reels culture, comfortable on camera, and able to move ideas quickly from concept to video. Fully remote with preference for someone in the GTA who can film in Toronto; prior content-creation/viral formats experience and capability with short-form editing tools required. Compensation includes monthly retainer and performance-based bonus; flexible schedule.
Required Qualifications
- Obsessed with content and viral internet culture
- Strong understanding of TikTok/Reels content playbooks
- Comfortable filming yourself on camera
- Strong storytelling instincts and ability to craft engaging narratives quickly
- High agency; takes ownership and moves quickly
- Strategic thinker; understands how creative drives growth
- Experience with short-form editing tools (CapCut, TikTok editor, etc.)
- Organized and reliable with weekly deliverables
