Job Summary
Content Creator for B2B Media & Podcast Production, remote, full-time. Owns end-to-end content production from one founder’s long-form interviews to a multi-channel publishing engine across YouTube, LinkedIn, podcast, blog, and email. Responsibilities include booking, prep, editing, publishing, promotion of the flagship video podcast; slicing ~60-minute interviews into episodes, shorts, social posts, long-form articles, and emails; publishing and distribution with SEO basics; weekly newsletter management; strategy and documentation for evergreen lead magnets; and maintaining a weekly scorecard with channel metrics. Requires strong written English, proven podcast/video production experience, social-media writing, editing tool proficiency (Descript, Riverside, Premiere, DaVinci Resolve, Canva, Figma), AI tool fluency for transcription and drafting, and solid project management with tools like Asana, Notion, or Linear.
Required Qualifications
- Strong written English at native or near-native level
- Proven track record producing podcasts or video content end-to-end — booking, editing, publishing, promoting
- Experience writing for social media: headlines, hooks, captions
- Proficiency with editing tools: Descript or Riverside, Adobe Premiere or DaVinci Resolve, Canva or Figma
- Fluency with generative AI tools for transcription, summarization, draft generation, and content acceleration
- Project management discipline — comfortable in Asana, Notion, or Linear, with consistent weekly output and visible progress reporting
