Job Summary
Content Creator and Social Media Specialist responsible for building brand awareness across websites, social platforms, and internal marketing. Develop audience insights from data, create newsletters and ads, manage social posts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn), research SEO/SEM, analyze website traffic, and drive traffic growth. Capture and edit photos and videos of products and operations; collaborate with the marketing and sales teams on consumer insights and trends to support category management and new product development driving sales growth. Requires self-motivation, ability to work with minimal supervision, strong organization, and 2–4 years of related experience. Role involves travel between two Independence, OH locations for marketing work and shoots; hours are full-time and may vary.
Required Qualifications
- Two to four years related experience or training
- Familiar with SEO
- WordPress experience or similar graphic arts programs
- Strong vocabulary and spelling
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Creative storytelling and content development
- Experience creating newsletters, eblasts, and ads
- Ability to analyze website traffic and set goals
- Photography and videography skills are a plus
- Ability to collaborate with marketing and sales teams
- Able to present ideas and work with management teams
