Job Summary
Create brand awareness through websites, social media, and internal marketing by developing consumer insights from demographics and behavioral data. Produce company newsletters, eblasts, and ads while capturing and editing creative photos and videos of products and operations. Manage social media postings and design across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn, and research and implement SEO and SEM strategies. Analyze and track website traffic to set goals for increased engagement. Present inspired concepts to sales and management teams and collaborate with marketing and sales to leverage consumer trends for category management and new product development. This full-time role works for two separate companies located five miles apart, with travel required for department meetings or shoots.
Required Qualifications
- Must be self-motivated
- Ability to prioritize tasks assigned and meet deadlines accordingly
- Familiar with SEO
- Must have strong vocabulary and spelling skills
- Two to four years related experience and/or training
- Must be a well-organized individual
- Must be self-motivated
- Must be dependable and responsible
- Must be careful about detail and thorough in completing tasks as assigned and on time
- Must be flexible and open to change
- Able to read, analyze, and interpret ingredient specifications and recipes, general business periodicals, and or governmental regulations
- Able to write and develop creative menu and meal plans, and procedure manuals
- Able to effectively present information and respond to questions from customers, staff, and owners
- Must be responsible for dressing accordingly and being prepared for any type of weather
