Job Summary
Create high-quality photo, video, and written content showcasing accommodations, farm activities, guest experiences, events, food, and the natural environment. Capture and edit short-form video content for social media platforms. Manage day-to-day content posting across channels to ensure consistency in tone and brand identity. Collaborate with marketing, operations, and events teams to source ideas and monitor engagement metrics. Support online community engagement by responding to comments and messages. Stay current with digital trends relevant to hospitality and lifestyle brands. This role strengthens the estate's digital presence and tells compelling stories about luxury, nature, and comfort within the agricultural sector.
Required Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in content creation, digital media, or social media roles
- Strong skills in photography, videography, and short-form video creation
- Excellent writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to create engaging captions and narratives
- Proficiency in content creation and editing tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, InShot, or similar)
- Highly creative, organized, and able to manage multiple content tasks in a fast-paced environment
