Job Summary
Content Coordinator / Project Coordinator to support a significant website transformation program for a major Australian client. Full-time permanent role with hybrid work: 3 days per week onsite in Rhodes, NSW, Australia, and remaining days flexible. Responsibilities include coordinating timelines, resources and project documentation; tracking status, risks, blockers and dependencies; gathering requirements across multiple stakeholders; facilitating collaboration between business stakeholders, agency teams and delivery partners; ensuring delivery of digital solutions that meet customer and business outcomes; experience with Jira, Confluence, Trello, Asana; experience with or knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) would be highly regarded. 3+ years of experience in digital project coordination, project support or digital delivery is preferred. The role involves supporting website transformation initiatives from discovery through to launch and working with internal teams and client stakeholders in a hybrid setup.
