Content coordinator

Job Summary
Coordinate exhibition content development from research to production, collaborating with the Content Developer to support exhibition storytelling. Research assets and sources with an emphasis on trusted sources; coordinate content development between client and team; track selection of artifacts and imagery with the client and design team; participate in asset research for media and interactive elements; and coordinate follow-up with media producers, graphic designers, translators, writers and consultants throughout production. Proficiency in English and French, strong research and documentation skills, excellent communication, and ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid in-person/remote setting. Availability to travel occasionally. Master's or bachelor's-level education in museology, journalism, communications, education, or related fields plus 3+ years of relevant experience; proficient with Google/Microsoft suites and AirTable-like databases.
Required Qualifications
- University degree or cross-disciplinary study in museology; journalism, communications, education or other similar fields
- Three or more years of work experience in the development of museum exhibitions, educational programs, documentary, journalism or related field
- Mastery of the Google or Microsoft suites
- Knowledge of database systems such as AirTable or similar
- Proficiency in English and French
