Job Summary
Content Coordination (CRM & Channels): Coordinate content for CRM channels (Email, Push and when applicable SMS and Whatsapp) and, when applicable, local own social channels and marketplaces; set up content in marketing automation tool according to defined plan based on existing content blocks. Copy & Content Quality Management: Coordinate copy for marketing content, including writing and/or ordering tactical copy, ordering translation of copy as well as validating copy translation cross-channel; approve and review content adaptations across channels when applicable. Reports to Marketing Manager. Skills include highly structured task management, strong linguistic abilities, proficiency in creative and office software tools, and fluency in English and at least one local language; additional local-language capability preferred. Education required: Degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field (or equivalent experience). Experience: Minimum 3 years in content management, copy editing and proofreading (fashion industry preferred) and content management for media platforms. Location: Shanghai, CN; in-person work arrangement. Knowledge of marketing operations, CRM, and copy quality processes are emphasized, aligning with a global retail-fashion context at H&M Group.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in content management, as well as copy editing and proofreading (preferably within fashion industry)
- Experience managing content for media platforms
