Job Summary
Content & Channels Coordinator at Smiling Mind supports multi-channel content planning and execution across social, email, web and partner channels; develops high-quality written content and scripts; coordinates assets and approvals with designers; enhances social presence on Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and LinkedIn; supports CRM-driven journeys and audience segmentation; applies AI and SEO to improve discoverability; monitors performance and reports insights to optimize campaigns; collaborates with internal teams and external partners to amplify content and storytelling for educators, parents, donors and stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, content, digital, social media, communications or audience growth roles
- Excellent copywriting, editing and storytelling skills
- Strong social media capability, content planning, community management
- Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM/email platforms
- Emerging capability in SEO fundamentals and AI search/optimisation
- Proven ability to use AI tools to improve productivity and workflow
- Strong project coordination and stakeholder management
- Data-driven with ability to translate insights into recommendations
- Budget-conscious and resourceful within constraints
- Desirable: experience in health, wellbeing, education, not-for-profit or mission-driven organisations
