Job Summary
Assess end-to-end content supply chains for enterprise customers, defining future-state roadmaps that align planning, production, and delivery with business goals. Define success metrics connecting content performance to customer experience outcomes while bridging stakeholders and technical teams to manage scope and cross-functional alignment. Drive organizational change management and adoption strategies across phased rollouts, maintaining working knowledge of Adobe's portfolio to prioritize requirements without handling implementation details. Lead comprehensive content business transformation for Japan's leading enterprises, utilizing frameworks that treat content as the core of customer experience at the intersection of generative AI and strategy.
Required Qualifications
- Practical knowledge and hands-on experience with business processes and operations connected to content planning, production, management, operations, and analysis
- Knowledge and practical experience in the digital marketing field
- Project management and project building skills necessary to drive initiatives forward
- At least one of the following technical skill areas: Understanding of the fundamental technology stack for web content production (front-end technologies such as HTML/CSS/JavaScript, web servers, CDNs, databases, etc.)
- At least one of the following technical skill areas: Understanding of requirements definition, configuration, and development for digital marketing products (data analysis, customer segmentation, content delivery system configuration)
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with information architecture, operational development, and optimization using content management systems (CMS)
- Experience implementing or bringing to bear Adobe Experience Cloud products
- Knowledge of applying AI technologies (generative AI, machine learning, etc.) to business use cases
- Experience at a business consulting firm
- Business-level English communication skills
