Job Summary
Ensure Domain delivery transparency by communicating roadmaps, dependencies, and progress to all stakeholders. Define and track meaningful KPIs across performance, cost, and team capacity to identify improvements and upcoming risks. Drive data-driven delivery accountability for new features, improvements, and bug fixes while aligning resources across multiple teams. Engage with leadership to advise on delivery status and timelines, ensuring product propositions are chosen based on value. Partner with Domain Product Leads to collaborate on roadmap prioritisation and known dependencies. Track and align delivery costs, including supplier orders and internal recharge, to optimise performance within ecosystems. Challenge the status quo to unlock new value and increase delivery flow across the organisation.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience delivering products and projects within large enterprise environments
- Experience using Agile and project management methodologies
- Strong product mindset with extensive knowledge of the end-to-end product delivery lifecycle, processes, and artefacts
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Ability to build relationships and influence both technical and business teams
- Demonstrated success in business case development
- Demonstrated success in value realisation
- Demonstrated success in continuous improvement
- Demonstrated success in KPI-driven delivery outcomes
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to present complex information to diverse audiences
- Solid understanding of content delivery operations

- Availability for 2 days in the office per week
