Job Summary

Establish and maintain the global proposal content governance framework, ensuring win themes and product positioning are consistently reflected across all sales channels. Own the strategy library and oversee lifecycle management, including regular audits, updates, and the migration of the content library to MS SharePoint and Google within one year. Lead the implementation of AI-enabled proposal tools and automation workflows, developing structured templates and reusable modules to increase proposal efficiency while mitigating compliance risks. Oversee the development of core sales assets, including global proposal templates, sales presentations, and strategy frameworks, ensuring they support enterprise pursuits. Partner with SMEs, product leads, and marketing to maintain centralized, well-governed content that enables scalable reuse. Mentor and develop content specialists, assigning work across priorities and establishing standards for structure and narrative quality. This 1.5-year remote or hybrid contract role at Workplace Options, part of the TELUS Health family, supports a global team delivering human-centric solutions to millions worldwide.

Required Qualifications

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in content management, proposal writing, or a related (global or multi-market preferred)
  • Experience coordinating work within a proposal or content management setting
  • Strong foundational knowledge of AI and AI-enabled technologies, with demonstrated success applying AI and automation to improve content development, workflows, efficiency, and quality
  • Proven expertise in content and knowledge library management, including governance, organization, maintenance, optimization, and adoption
  • Strong knowledge of automation tools and processes, with demonstrated success designing, implementing, and improving automated workflows and solutions
  • Experienced user of some or all: SharePoint, InDesign, and the MS Office Suite (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and Proposal Automation software (QorusDocs, Responsive, etc.)
  • Strong design acumen with the ability to translate complex ideas into clear, compelling, and visually effective content
  • Demonstrated experience leading, mentoring, and developing teams, including content specialists and automation resources
  • Demonstrated success managing content libraries, automation systems, and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, usability, and business outcomes
  • Excellent writer and storyteller, capable of crafting concise and impactful content
  • Superior command of the English language, both written and spoken
  • A proactive approach to identifying content needs and gaps
  • Confidence in working closely with executive-level staff
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong collaborator, able to work effectively with various internal departments
  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Effective time and people management skills, to ensure deadlines are met
  • Results and quality-driven – not satisfied with producing mediocre work
  • Possesses strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making capabilities

Desired Qualifications
