Job Summary
Content Author to manage and publish CMS-based product, promotional, and campaign content across web and mobile platforms using Contentful. Responsibilities include building/editing pages, translating high volumes of product data into accurate and publish-ready content, validating pricing, descriptions, imagery, metadata and promotional messaging, ensuring quality checks and deadlines, supporting homepage/landing/feature content updates, maintaining publishing templates and governance, improving workflows for publishing, and coordinating go-live activities across digital channels while collaborating with marketing, UX, QA, development and strategy.
Required Qualifications
- CMS Author or Content Editor experience
- Experience with Contentful
- Experience publishing at scale on web and/or mobile apps
- Attention to detail
- Understanding of digital content workflows and QA
- Experience in fast-paced delivery environments
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Collaborative cross-functional work
- Familiarity with structured content models and reusable components
- SEO and accessibility awareness
