Job Summary
Manage retail product selection and enhance content on the Wolt Market online platform, ensuring app descriptions, search words, images, and parameters remain accurate and up to date. Assign products to optimal placements within the app and contact vendors to confirm details, while processing direct suggestions from customers, stores, and producers to update information. Create content aligned with marketing and Category goals to maximize the outcome of scheduled supplier-paid content. Maintain high data quality and accuracy to improve the customer experience and drive conversion. Fluency in English and Norwegian is required, with a focus on grocery shopping and transforming large data sets into relevant user information.
Required Qualifications
- Fluency in both English & Norwegian
- You recently graduated with a university degree in business, marketing, management or another related field
- Strong communication skills, both internally and to external partners
- You need to be analytical

- Ability to think both strategically and operationally

Desired Qualifications
- Preferably 1-2 years of work experience in retail, consulting, key account management or marketing
- Graduates are also welcome to apply
- You have a strong interest in grocery shopping
- You have a burning desire to help create results
- Excellent skills in Google Suite or MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel)
- Experience in dealing with processes and transforming large amounts of data into customer relevant information to improve user experience
- High attention to detail including precise and effective prioritisation to be able to manage multiple, competing topics
- Proactive, results-driven mindset with a strong hands-on mentality to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and goals are achieved
